I am pursuing a dream, a BIG one, and YOU can help.

In the early evening of September 12, I submitted my 60 second video entry to become Jauntaroo’s (pronounced “JOHN-ta-roo”) Chief World Explorer. This is a DREAM JOB.

The chosen individual will spend one year traveling the globe and blogging about it. I am a superb candidate. Before I go any farther, HERE IS HOW YOU CAN HELP:

The Jauntaroo team is currently reviewing submissions and will select the Top 50 based partly on popularity (number of Likes) and partly on how good your video is (the prompt was roughly ‘Why are you the best person for the job?’). The Top 50 should be announced around the end of the month. I think we have a good chance, but a few more Likes never hurt, so please tell your friends.

After Top 50, which will likely be another video and Liking round (just a guess), Jauntaroo will then invite the Top 5 – again selected partly by popularity and partly by video – to in person interviews at a to-be-disclosed location in mid to late October. After the interviews, the Jauntaroo Chief World Explorer will be decided.
